For Time (Elite Version)

Time Cap : 8 minutes

Complete 45 Thrusters and 45 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Men : 60kg
Women : 40kg

The athlete may alternate between both exercices as he wishes but must start on the thrusters.
L'athlète peut alterner entre les deux exercices quand il le souhaite mais doit commencer sur les thrusters.

AMRAP (Elite Version)

AMRAP 13 minutes

10 Double Dumbbell cleans
15m Front Rack Lunges (7,5m / 7,5m)
100 Double Unders
Men : 22,5kg dumbbells
Women : 15kg dumbbells

The Lunges will be separated in 3 sections of 2,5m. The athlete must complete 7,5m forward then 7,5m backward.
Les Lunges seront séparés en 3 sections de 2,5m. L'athlète devra compléter 7,5m aller puis 7,5m retour
