If you are among the top 40 European athletes at the end of the CrossFit Open 2024, you are directly invited to the French Throwdown 2024 finals.

You are the champion of your box, and you aspire to much more. You have already competed in numerous local and even national competitions where you have stood on the podium.

You are capable of completing all the WODs of the 2023 CrossFit Opens in RX format, without adaptations, and you have managed to qualify for the quarter-finals of the 2023 Open and come close to the semi-finals. Then, the RX category is made for you.
