Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 75 Double Unders
  • 25 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 5 Hang Squat Cleans

♀ 70 kg ♂ 100 kg

WORKOUT 3

ELITE INDIV

For time: 3 Rounds – Time cap: 15 minutes

30 Burpees Box Jumps 15 Bar muscle-ups

♀ 20-in box ♂ 24-in box

WORKOUT 4 & 5

ELITE INDIV

WORKOUT 4

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

3-6-9-12-15-… – etc. Snatch
Toes-to-bar

♀ 30 kg ♂ 40 kg

In 3 minutes :
Establish 1 rep max 1 Snatch
